Doña Jimena Familia
Claudia Flores moved from Mexico to Vancouver with her young family over 20 years ago. Armed with her family’s secret recipe her goal was to craft the finest quality, responsibly sourced, small batch Tequilas and Mezcals. She needed to find a Tequila Master who shared her vision to help her bring Doña Jimena to life.
With 15 years experience in a male dominated industry, Paola has challenged the status quo by becoming one of Mexico’s few Maestra Tequilera. She is honoured to be working with Claudia and helping to create Doña Jimena.
A true partnership of women working side by side from Jalisco to Vancouver.
